As a proud Hertfordshire based Wedding Photographer, I had been really looking forward to Katy and David's Wedding Day, held at stunning local venue Tewin Bury Farm. Originally booked for April 2020, the wedding had to be postponed and scaled back thanks to the Covid-19 Lockdown restrictions. They were so lucky that the sun beat down for them all day so the ceremony could be held outside in the beautiful grounds.
In fact the sun was relentless, with temperatures in the mid 30s with next to no shade, and challenging lighting conditions. The guests took shade where they could.
Katy had chosen the most beautiful colour scheme for her day. The dusky pink hues in the bridesmaid outfits were perfectly matched by the stunning roses in bouquets and buttonholes made by Kim at Bloom In Gorgeous Flowers
A lovely outdoor ceremony in the blazing midday sun.
Some formal wedding portraits in the beautiful grounds of Tewin Bury farm
and old stable buildings before the Wedding Party moved on to the informal reception.

After the scorching wedding, the Newlyweds and families headed to Mayflower Place for some well needed refreshments. Jacobean architecture and stunning Hertfordshire countryside combine here to make this a stunning hidden gem.
WHAT THE COUPLE SAY
"Having Sarah there to photograph our special day was incredible, just like she was a guest. During our initial meeting we outlined what we wanted and she went above and beyond. The photographs are just beautiful and captured candid moments with each other, our friends and family that we will treasure forever. Thank you so much Sarah for making our day so special and capturing such beautiful memories."
