There is something so magical about in-home sessions. Home is where you spend so much of your time, so what better place to capture some new memories. Whether it's playing with a special toy, jumping on the bed or just snuggling up on the sofa together with a book, these moments deserve to be captured and preserved.
We were delighted with the lovely photos you took. They were just what we wanted, really natural and in a perfect setting too.. Your patience and positivity helped all the children to relax. To get them all smiling and facing the camera at the same time is quite an art! Our frames are ready to be updated with our lovely new prints. Thank you so much.

Couldn't recommend Sarah more, she did a newborn shoot for us and we are so happy with the photos and the overall experience. She kept it very relaxed as with a newborn you never know when they need to feed/change/sleep. The photos are a lovely mix of us with our baby and our baby alone, both asleep and awake. Also due to our last minute arrival (4 weeks early) Sarah was very flexible and swapped our maternity bump shoot for a 6-8 month shoot.

We have used Sarah for around 4-5 photoshoots now and she is amazing! She did a beautiful maternity shoot for us and my daughter, a wonderful newborn shoot, family shoot, Christmas shoot and more recently a cake smash. Hi! I’m Sarah, the creator behind Purple Kite Photography.
- As a mum of two, I know how important it is to capture those special moments, so you can relive them time and again as the memories fade.
- I began my photography journey when I had my first child, taking thousands of photos to try and preserve their perfect tininess forever. Pretty soon I was taking photos of my friends' children too, and it naturally evolved into a business. And I've never looked back!
- Since then, it has been my privilege to photograph families, events and special occasions as well as weddings. I feel so lucky to call this work!
- I hate having my own photo taken, so I totally get it when people say they feel awkward in front of the camera, but it is my job to put you at ease and get great results.
